1. General Terms

By making a reservation at Laimes, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the Guest) and SIA Laimes vieta (the Provider).

2. Reservations & Payment

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Full payment is required within 3 days of booking. Payment is made via bank transfer to the account specified in your booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are subject to a fee equal to one night's stay. No-shows are charged the full reservation amount.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. House Rules

Quiet hours: 22:00 - 08:00. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets are allowed in designated areas only. Guests are responsible for any damage to property.

6. Liability

SIA Laimes vieta is not liable for loss or damage to guest belongings. Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their party. Travel insurance is recommended.

7. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements. Data is used solely for reservation management and communication.
